When mind is a whirlwind, sit still and notice the physical sensation of the breath. "But which one is the true characteristic!?" begs the mind. "That's it, that's the answer!" It exclaims. No phenomenon exists by means of a single characteristic. There is a true resting place. That place is available in every moment. It is inseparable from this moment.
